After coming to the United States when he was 20 years old, as his Father and Mother sought a better life for their family, founder Andrew Tsou set his sights on real estate investing after having worked in a corporate structure for many years and was not finding it fulfilling any longer. He wanted to help provide the American Dream for others and with his vast knowledge in construction, business, finance, customer service, and real estate; it can become a reality.
He turned to his investor partners who have strong ties to the real estate world, many years of experience in every aspect of real estate from investing to rehabbing to property management.
